Ravnur uses certain third-parties, as listed on this page, to process Customer Data in the delivery of the Ravnur Services. Capitalized terms not defined on this page have the same meaning as defined in the Ravnur Terms and Conditions or the written agreement between you and Ravnur.

*Microsoft Azure cloud services are required to run any Ravnur application. The Microsoft Azure region(s) that host Ravnur applications can be selected by the customer during deployment to comply with data sovereignty requirements. Azure Open AI functionality is an optional service hosted in Microsoft’s Azure environment.
**Edgio (Verizon) is the Microsoft Azure CDN provider and is an optional service. CDNs cache media files in network storage locations closest to the viewer to accelerate data transfer to the viewer.
